How to shop in the e-shop?

In the e-shop, you select the product in the product overview or the product details and click the "Add to cart" button. You will see the "Product has been added to cart" window, where you have two more options: "Back to store" or "Continue to cart".

You can continue shopping on the website with the "Back to store" option.
If you select the "Continue to Cart" option, you will be taken to a page where you can order the item.

There are four steps to order the goods:

  1. Shopping cart
    • You check the items in the basket and the quantity for each item.
    • If you have a discount voucher for a purchase in the shop, tick the box next to the text "I have a discount voucher" and enter the discount voucher code.
    • In the bottom right corner, you will find two links, "Back to store" and "Continue ordering. " 
    • The back-to-store link will take you back to the store, where you can still add items and continue shopping.
    • The continue order link will take you to the second step of the order.
  2. Shipping and payment
    • Choose the shipping method and payment method.
    • In the bottom right corner, you will find two links, "Back" and "Continue ordering. "
    • The backlink will take you back to the previous step of the order, where you can edit items again and add and remove items.
    • The "Continue ordering" link takes you to the third step of the order.
  3. Delivery details
    • You fill in your data: first name, last name, email and phone number.
    • Please fill in the shipping and billing addresses; if both addresses are the same, you do not need to fill in the billing address, and you can continue with the order and use the "Continue Recap" button.
    • If you want to enter a different billing address, check the box "I want a different billing address." If you are a company, check the box "I buy to company," where you enter the company details (ID number, VAT number).
    • If you need to give us a message about your order, you check the "Enter a note" box and write a message about your order.
    • In the bottom link, click "Continue recap", and you will be taken to a recap of the entire order.
  4. Order recap
    • You can go back one step on this page to correct the data.
    • Check the details you have filled in.
    • You have four check boxes next to the "Complete Order" button before you complete your order.
    • The first is agreeing to the terms and conditions. This box is mandatory, and you cannot complete the order without agreeing.
    • The second box is your automatic registration in the system (not mandatory). However, this option is recommended for regular customers (you do not have to fill in your personal and billing data again for future purchases in the store.
    • Please check the third box only if you do not want to receive the newsletter, which includes information about discounts and new products.
    • Check the fourth box only if you do not agree to receive a satisfaction questionnaire when making a purchase in our e-shop. "The questionnaire will come to your email, and you can comment with a positive or negative evaluation of the shop" - reference for other customers.
    • The fifth and last box is only ticked if you buy through zbozi.cz and want to tell a third party how satisfied you were with your purchase. "The questionnaire will be sent to your email, and you can comment with a positive or negative evaluation of the shop"—references for other customers.
    • Confirm the last step with the FINISH ORDER button.

 

AFTER COMPLETING YOUR ORDER, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ORDER INFORMATION EMAIL IN YOUR INBOX.

WE WILL PROCESS YOUR ORDER, AND YOU WILL BE INFORMED ABOUT THE PROGRESS OF YOUR ORDER AGAIN TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS.
